Using sustainable design tools developed by the Chattanooga, TN based firm Tricycle, Aquafil provides customers with a SIM from Tricycle® simulation option before receiving a physical sample. Using SIM dramatically reduces land-filled carpet, sample-related costs and turnaround. SIM is digitally tufted carpet, combining yarn color, manufacturing machine data and a design pattern to create virtual carpet that is color accurate and visually textured.
