Econyl 75 is a high-performance fibre containing 75% recycled content recovered through the unified efforts of the Aquafil Group and users of Altochroma BCF yarn. It is constructed from 70% post- industrial and 5% post-consumer content. The remaining 25% is composed of virgin polymer to readily accommodate additives and pigments. Econyl 75 retains the characteristics of Altochroma's continuous filament structure, making its strength and lifecycle comparable to fibre crafted from 100% virgin polymer.

The principal source material of recovered waste yarns is derived internally from the Aquafil Group and the production processes of its customers, helping close the loop on production and reducing overall environmental impact.
