Dalton, GA, Nov. 30, 2009 – Members of the Carpet and Rug Institute elected new officers and directors for the coming year at its annual meeting held at the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center Nov. 19.
New officers are: chairman, Ralph Boe, Beaulieu of America; vice chairman, John Wells, InterfaceFLOR; immediate past chairman, Vance Bell, Shaw Industries; treasurer, Frank Boykin, Mohawk Industries.
New directors are: Jeff Lorberbaum, Mohawk Industries; David Jolly, J&J/Invision; Dan Stone, Invista; Chip Howalt, Textile Rubber & Chemical; Dan Frierson, Dixie Group; Glen Hussmann, Tandus; David Moody, Milliken; Jack Ganley, Mannington; Mike Gallman, Blue Ridge; Franco Rossi, Aquafil; and Dan Rogers, Omnova.
